Our clients own a 3 bedroom house in a Wellington Point housing estate established in 2002. The family have outgrown their existing house and as they like the area are seeking to upgrade to accommodate their changing needs. The new extension will house a parents retreat, reading nook, open the living areas onto the yard and create a new entry sequence from the street to the kitchen.
